Im Gegensatz hierzu, m\u00fcssen die Humangameten (Spermatozoen und Eizellen) um chromosomisch als normal zu gelten 23 Chromosome haben. D.h eine einzige Kopie von jedem Chromosom. Um ihre Chromosomenausstattung zur H\u00e4lfte zu reduzieren ist ein komplexer Prozess der Zellteilung, auch Meiose genannt, notwendig. Wenn dieser Prozess nicht korrekt zu Ende gef\u00fchrt wird, verteilen sich die Chromosomen nicht gleichm\u00e4ssig und es entstehen Gameten mit chromosomischen Abnormalit\u00e4ten.<\/p> <p>Beim FISH-Test der Spermatozoen werden f\u00fcr Gew\u00f6hnlich 5 Chromosomen analysiert. Die Sexualchromosome (X und Y) und die Chromosomen 13, 18 und 21. Diese Studie kann sich auf andere Chromosomen ausweiten wenn es sich laut PatientInnenakte empfiehlt. Die Anzahl der analysierten Spermatozoen ist normalerweise 2.000.<\/p>             <\/div>                       <\/div>         <\/div>       <\/div>     <\/div>   <\/div>  <\/section>  <section  class=\"text-block background-light custom-block-spacing\">   <div class=\"container\">     <div class=\"row\">       <div class=\"col-12\">         <div class=\"text-block__text-wrapper text-heading-block alignment-left\" data-magic=\"appear-in\">                     <h3 class=\"title-display\">Wann ist der Test empfehlenswert?<\/h3> <p>Mehrfachstudien haben ergeben, dass F\u00e4lle von niedriger Spermienqualit\u00e4t und hohen Chromosomalanomalien in direktem Zusammenhang stehen. Deshalb ist es ratsam, den FISH-Test f\u00fcr diejenigen Patienten durchzuf\u00fchren, die eine niedrige Spermatozoenanzahl haben: Oligo-teratozoospermie.
